Our Story
Our story began in a charming little town of Union de Tula, in the state of Jalisco, Mexico, where we sold our grandma’s delicious tortas at the plaza. In 1993, we made the move to Washington State, where we quickly found ourselves working for one of the largest restaurant companies in the industry. Of course, we started at the very bottom! By 2000, we had the chance to join a very successful family-owned Mexican restaurant here in Colorado . As we gained experience and knowledge over time, we climbed the ranks, understanding every aspect of our roles. As the family expanded, so did our knowledge and experience. We eventually had the opportunity to own a couple of restaurants here in Colorado. Finding new flavors in our passion for Mexican cuisine. Now, we’re thrilled to introduce Mezcalita to you! We’re bringing a fresh take on Mexican cuisine, blending traditional flavors with a modern twist and We’re grateful for your support and excited to share our journey with you.
